Junk Removal

I used CMN Exterior Maintenance Landscaping for junk removal purposes. Chris and his assistant showed up on time as scheduled and all I had to do was show them all the items I wanted removed from my tool shed and garage. They took care of the rest. They took all the items and loaded them on their truck. Some were heavy items and they took great care to make sure there was no damage to my property during the removal process. They even swept up and got rid of any mess that was leftover. I was very impressed by the professional and respectful service and would highly recommend the company for junk removal purposes. They also charged a reasonable price for the work they did.

My first experience with landscapers was not the greatest to say the least was a little hesitant reading out in the first place but once I met Chris all my worries seemed to have gone away. Not only was the work great but dealing with Chris was a pleasure. Very professional, and most important he listened to me and asked for feedback during his first visit. Chris and his team are an amazing group of guys! We recently moved into our home and were in desperate need of new sod, and they completely transformed our backyard. Chris was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and detail-oriented from start to finish. He walked us through the entire process, answered all of our questions, and gave us great recommendations on how to properly level and raise parts of the backyard. His team added and graded the soil underneath the sod to get the height and slope right, and you can really see the care they put into doing the job properly rather than just laying sod and calling it a day. The quality of their work was fantastic, and the whole team was professional, hardworking, and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you so much to Chris and his team for turning our backyard into an oasis! CMN Exterior Maintenance: I recently had a major landscaping project completed by Christopher and his team and they executed a perfect design. I was very impressed with their professionalism, courtesy and strong work ethic. Christopher met with me to discuss my project design and he freely gave me his professional suggestions to help bring my concept to reality. He and his team of five young men worked tirelessly for two days to complete what can be considered a very big landscaping project design. As the team worked diligently, they confided in me from time to time to be sure what was being done met my approval. At the outset of the project, Christopher presented me with a detailed contract outlining exactly what would be done and a list of the materials required. He also included the method of payment indicating that 50% would be due at the outset of the job starting and the final 50% would be due when the project reached completion, The project was completed in the time allotted and the final product transformed my concept into a beautiful reality. I highly recommend Christopher and his team. They demonstrated a strong work ethic and their professionalism made doing business with them a pleasure.

We had a oil spill on our interlock driveway. Chris did a great job cleaning it up. He was efficient and courteous.
